Conversions of service to MTA take considerably less time. The average conversion from SBC or Verizon will complete in 3-5 business days. Once your paperwork is signed, it must go through many channels to be checked and rechecked for accuracy to ensure that your service is not interrupted, or disrupted.

An account manager will contact you before, and after the conversion to keep you apprized of all changes to your service and the estimated times for completion.  This account manager will remain your contact in future situations when your company needs changes made, or has a repair issue.
