The repairman left, and I still have the problem, What do I do?

In most cases when the technician has vacated the property they are attempting to isolate the issue by inspecting the juntion box, or will refer the problem to the Central office. In other cases the technician found that there was no problem at the "demarc" or Network Interface. In this situation, the problem is more then likely equipment, or inside wiring related and the appropriate vendor should be called.
