MTA uses its highly experienced engineering staff to coordinate service turn-ups with all participating network providers and customer CPE vendors. In most cases someone from out engineering staff will arrive on site the day of the turn-up to coordinate with your CPE vendor to ensure that your service is running and configured properly.
